  The companies that show their articles via the Marketplace.

• User

  You as an individual who uses the Service.

• User company

  You as a User on behalf of a legal entity use the Service.

Consent

This is an agreement between User and Bildelsbasen. You accept the agreement by creating an account. You acknowledge that:

• Follow the terms in full.
• Registered information is correct and can form the basis for a distance purchase.
• The car parts database may process the information and personal data needed for the Service.
• That your relevant information may be published publicly on the Marketplace when participating in forums or social platforms.
• The car parts base may send notifications concerning the Service.
• The car parts database may publish your User Company's information in electronic form and in print.
• The car parts database may change your User Company's information.
• Bildelsbasen logs all information and may be used in the event of a dispute between Users and Advertising Companies.
