Guarantee
Guarantees for each car part and seller are given in one. A guaranty is optional for the seller to offer. Today, two different Guarantees that car recyclers offer. MärkesDemo guaranty and BEGO guaranty. The information below is quoted from the respective players or summarized by the Bildelsbasen Nordic AB and thus we make reservation for any errors.
MärkesDemo guaranty
When you buy a part that is approved by MärkesDemo, you will of course receive a guaranty up to one year on your parts, if you are a garage. As a private customer you get up to three years of consumer protection under the consumer law.
We at MärkesDemo want you to feel the same security when you buy a MärkesDemo certified part, as when you buy a newly made part. Therefore, we basically leave the same guaranty on MärkesDemo certified parts as when you buy a new one. MärkesDemo is responsible for ensuring that all recycled parts live up to guaranteed quality and function.

BEGO guaranty?
The guaranty provides a 12-month guaranty on parts to companies engaged in car repairs, provided that installation is executed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. We answer for dismantling and installation costs according to the manufacturer's applicable guaranty price list.
Car parts with quality code M only concern the right to exchange. The wear parts included in the spare part are not covered by the guaranty.
As a private customer you get a 3-year right of exchange and we replace any defective spare parts. From the date of purchase up to 6 months, the spare part will be replaced without the need to prove that it did not work at the time of purchase.
